Gary has been in glazing for over 15 years as well as Richard (the other owner). He has an innate ability to work well with all General Contractors. Combined with his extensive knowledge in glazing, aluminum, doors and hardware, Gary's vision is one of constant improvement.

Richard has been in the glazing business for over 15 years. He has extensive knowledge in not only the glazng industry, but is proficient in aluminum storefront, Curtain Wall, Herculite Openings, and ACm Paneling as well. Between he and Gary (the other owner), they have a stronghold on any and everything that could possibly pop up in the glass world... and can take care of any situation, large or small.

Troy is probably the most knowledgeable person in our SLC department. 

Jeffrey has been in the industry since 2012 and since his hiring, the company's annual revenue has gone from $2.4M in 2013 to a whopping $14.6M just last year 2019.  He prides himself on relationships, customer relations, and return business. 

Mathew does the workload of 2 or 3 accounting people, so it's important that he stays ahead of the work. He has developed many incredible programs, policies, and procedures here that have helped streamline things.

Red has been employed at AZ Glass Specialists for ten+ years and has worked his way all the way up to Crew Lead. His framing skills are second to none, as proven by his record-setting accomplishments at Allred Park Place Building #5. He is proficient in everything from measuring to ordering materials to installing the most intricate sticks of Curtain Wall. His practical experience has transformed him into a master craftsman, and our Go-To guy when we have difficult questions that need the right answer.  He has lead projects such as Gore Fisher Point, Allred Park Place #5, Liberty Buick, Big Two Toyota, and the Bureau of Land Management Field Office.

Jim Kriens is a master installer in his own right. With over a dozen years experience under his belt, Jim's specialty is organizing and successfully completing projects in a timely and diligent manner. His leadership skills are unmatched, and his crew follows his every word to the letter. He has lead projects such as Benedictine University, 51 East Main, Phoenix Premium Outlets, and is currently manning up the Top Golf @ Riverwalk project - a 3-story high end driving range in Scottsdale, Arizona. Once completed, our stamp on this project will leave a lasting impression and make our company name even more legitimate.
