Roberto “Bobby” Rios has served as Chief Financial Officer for Bartlett Cocke General Contractors since 2007. Bobby confers on corporate finances with other departments and is integrally involved in development and execution of business strategy. He also works closely with the executive team on managing the company’s capital structure; financing transactions; company financial investments; financial analysis; administrative process compliance and improvement.

During his tenure, James has served as Senior Project Manager on many of Bartlett Cocke General Contractors’ largest and most complex projects, served as Vice President of Operations, and now serves as President. James has proven to be a resolute decision maker, change agent and business leader.

With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Jerry Hoog has been instrumental in the operations of the Company, holding increasing roles of responsibility from Project Manager to most recently President. Today, Jerry serves as CEO in which capacity he is responsible for managing the overall operations and resources of the Company and providing strategic leadership by working with the Board and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies

Serving as Vice President – Innovation and Technology, Luis leads our cross-functional support teams in the areas of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), Project Controls & Analytics, Integrated Construction, and Information Technology. Luis is extremely passionate about the AEC industry, technology, material science, innovative construction methods, alternative delivery methods, and continually improving our industry’s approach to designing & creating the built environment.

T.J. Rogers began his commercial construction experience in 1985. His career at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors began in 2004 as a Senior Estimator. In 2008 he was promoted to Vice President of Estimating,  and in 2019 was promoted to Executive Vice President. He is in charge of management and supervision of all estimating staff as well as oversight of all bids and estimating activities. With his organization and tenacity for detail, clients can expect thorough bids for their projects.

Nathan oversees all pre-construction services provided by Bartlett Cock General Contractors. He has been a member of our team since 2003 and has been working in the Texas construction market for more than 19 years.

Kevin Byrd joined Bartlett Cocke General Contractors in 2003 as a Project Manager and has consistently progressed in position and responsibility. Today, Kevin is the Vice President of Operations, Central Texas and oversees all day-to-day operations of our Austin office. He achieves success through developing strong partnerships and building rapport with clients, architects, engineers and the members of his project teams.

Marty Garza serves as the Vice President of Operations – East Texas Region. Marty knows how to deliver for owners, having served as the Assistant Director, Facilities Construction Division, Texas A&M University System. He has served as Project Manager on numerous high profile projects in Texas. He achieves success through developing strong partnerships and building rapport with clients, architects, engineers and the members of his project teams.

Randall Jay manages all field operations for Bartlett Cocke General Contractors. With safety and quality as the driving force behind all field operations, Randall works hard to ensure that each project delivered surpasses our client’s expectations. Randall serves as a resource for project teams, assisting with solving challenges related to safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor performance.
