Final floor product is very good, meets or exceeds the look of terrazzo if smaller colored stone or glass is cast into the concrete. Final look is highly dependent on the quality and flatness of the concrete floor. Since this is either existing or newly placed by others, mock ups need to be done with the intent of identifying that quality level as well as the grind / polish quality level.
