John has been involved in new construction & remodeling since 1968 & started Advanced Waterproofing to fill a need in the construction services industry. He has extensive experience evaluating and solving water intrusion problems & providing cost effective solutions that will PERMANENTLY solve these issues for our clients. John started Advanced Sandjacking to provide better solutions for raising anything concrete such as: sidewalks, curb & gutter and concrete floors. We are the only contractor licensed to do this work in the metro area and one of only two in the entire country! In 2012, John added Polyurethane Foam lifting of concrete roadways, bridge approaches etc. to our list of services. Our goal is to improve revenues every year by remaining flexible and adapting to a changing business climate with hard work and continued innovation.
