“I engaged Concord Commercial Services, Inc. of Balch Springs, Texas in November-December 2010 to do exterior and interior painting of a 3-bedroom home, removing the linoleum and tiling the kitchen floor, doing plumbing repairs, drywall repairs, as needed, and associated appearance updates throughout the home that I own in Mesquite, Texas.  The tenant and his wife were impressed with the work ethic and “can do” capability of the crew assigned to do the work.  The work was complete on-time, within the agreed bid, and I found dealing with the Company’s representative to be pleasant and businesslike.  Well done!”  Gene Rouleau
