Carl M. Henshaw Drainage Products Inc. was founded in 1958 by Carl Henshaw, a retired Marine, farmer, and local businessman. The company began as a farm pond kit and metal culvert supply business primarily supplying the farmers in the Richmond, VA area and surrounding counties.

Over the years the company has expanded its facility, services, & type of inventory to become one of the area's largest stocking dealers of corrugated metal pipe and HDPE storm pipe and fittings. Our on-site fabrication shop continues to design and build numerous types of storm drainage structures to meet or exceed the engineered specifications for the job. We specialize in sediment basins, underground detention systems, flashboard risers, portable sediment tanks, weir plates, steel fabricated trash racks, and more.
