Scope Of Work
Five separate buildings were constructed by Scheibel Construction on this new shopping plaza for our second contract with the Faison Development Group. This contract also included significant sitework including: a half mile extension of Town Center Blvd., renovation of two signaled intersections, and a completely self contained water distribution and wastewater treatment facility.
