Scheibel Construction is a fourth-generation family-owned business. Serving Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Delaware, we specialize in construction management, general contracting, Owner representation, design/build, and LEED-certified construction.

Founded in 1946 by John A. Scheibel, we started by building gas stations. From then until today, our corporate philosophy has remained unchanged: work hard, be honest, and deliver quality.

With offices and plant facilities located in Huntingtown, MD, the firm conducts a wide array of commercial construction throughout Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. Licenses are held in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Delaware with the greatest emphasis of work occurring throughout the suburban Maryland area. We also serve Sussex County, Delaware and parts of the eastern shore of Maryland with S & R Construction, a full service general contracting and construction management firm.
