Scope Of Work
ABOUT THE PROJECT
This was a Design Build project. Annmarie Garden is a 30 acre botanical and sculpture garden utilizing a design build pre-engineered metal building. The 14,583 sq ft building’s unique and flexible floor plan allows for a variety of uses, including exhibits, special events, children and family programs, art classes and social gatherings. The upper gallery space is 3,230 sq ft and overlooks the lower gallery which is 6,150 sq ft offering a variety of viewpoints to experience the interior exhibits. A full catering kitchen, café and gift shop makes the building perfect for weddings, receptions and private parties. Coordination with the design build team and pre-engineered metal building supplier, American Buildings Company, provided a unique gallery building from the ground up to meet the Owner’s desires.
