Testimonials
Well, I would like to say, that their prices are lower then other companies have for the same quality of same products! I really like the product they offer. I have ordered a fireplace first time on my own risk, because I didn't know the company before. Though after it was installed - I decided to remodel my kitchen and bathroom as well. I've got a really good quality products and services. Thank you!
I wish that many other companies have such good products as Marble City. I bought a countertop for my bathroom and some accessories about a month ago and now I really enjoy it. I just want to wish Marble City the best: you, guys, are really cool, thank you for keeping your words and providing really great products.
First of all I want to say about the quality of marble counters this company sells. It is a quite high quality and affordable prices. I definitely I will buy more of goods they offer, because I prefer a high quality of all product I buy. I'm happy I made a right choice.
It was a great thing when I bought the granite counter for my kitchen. It looks wonderful and it's a pleasure to spend more time now on my kitchen cooking! Also, I advice Marble City and their products to my friends. I liked the service as well - very mobile and professional team. I want to say "thank you" to Marble City staff for such a good work!
All good - price, quality, customer service. Very happy with complex and stressful (for me) kitchen project. Here are details that may be relevant to what you're looking for:
- I wanted an expensive man-made Italian composite countertop but owner Andrei talked me out of it for the kitchen counter application (too hard to clean) and I'm glad he did, appreciate his honesty in this, even though Marble City is the exclusive NorCal distributor for this product.
- I then found a natural stone (limestone) slab I liked at Carmel Stone in Palo Alto, not carried by Marble City but they still gave me a good price on the fabrication and installation.
- I wanted a fancy "chiselled" edge on the limestone, requires laminating an extra strip on the edge and hand-chiselling it so it looks like a very thick natural stone slab, will post photos when kitchen project complete, they did a BEAUTIFUL job at this, including some on-site chiselling touch ups that finished things off well in high visibility areas.
- The templator was ultra-professional, spent a couple of intense hours with all the right specialized tools to make sure the slabs I bought were optimally utilized; in fact, because of this there was enough extra material to do 3 stone windowsills out of the slabs. A sloppy template would not have made this possible.
- They made 2 extra trips back at no charge to fix tiny flaws I had detected that needed filling/sanding.
