Tower Water

Noah Baskin is the CEO and Co-Owner of Tower Water Management. After starting in 1994 as a foreman and then project manager, he grew the company, eventually creating and managing our Construction department. During his time here, Noah has demonstrated a strong sense of innovation which led to the development of several chemical cleaning methods and tools that were previously unavailable in the field. This outside-the-box mindset, dedication to improvement and advancement, and commitment to customer satisfaction means he is constantly generating newer and better ways to serve his clients.

With his attention to business development for each facet of Tower Water, Noah ensures that every project is completed properly and professionally. He has earned the respect of his customers, employees and engineers with his no-nonsense work ethic, reliability and the consistently excellent performance of Tower Water.

Responsibilities

In charge of mid size New Jersey and New York City accounts in regard  to water treatment and cleaning of  H.V.A.C.  systems. Expertise includes: sales, problem solving, protecting systems, training personnel (both Our Employees and Customers), account management, designing   systems,   proposal writing, time and territory management, presentation of seminars, annual and monthly reporting, building rapport with associates and producing results, and tasked with heading up business development.

Russell has maintained relationships that outlive most people’s careers in this competitive and demanding arena. Known as “THE LEADER” in the NYC area, he developed the company structure which has propelled this company to achieve great success while displaying a deep commitment to his clients and team members.

Russ’ motivation comes from never being satisfied with the status quo, and always believing that there is a better way to invest in his client’s future. His technical abilities allow calculations of R.O.I.s and the capacity to seize opportunities for his clients when they arise.
