Khanh graduated with Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1981 from University of Missouri - Columbia and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1993 from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. She also completed Public Management Program from Indiana University in 1993.
As a founder and president of 3D NRG, Inc. dba T & K Construction since 2000, Khanh is responsible for providing company's long-term objectives and overseeing finance, human resources, and contract reviews. She directly involves with project funding, scheduling, and procurements to ensure projects are executed within schedule and budget.
Prior to her current position, Khanh has held several executive, high-level management and engineering positions such as President at Robinson Pharma, Inc., Department Manager of Engineering Design, Installation and Manufacturing departments at Naval Surface Warfare Center; Senior Electrical Plant Engineer at Aluminum Company of America. ALCOA. Khanh received several awards and recognitions for her technical and management leadership from these organizations.
