My time spent learning how to operate an excavator at The LEARN Center was the most enjoyable learning experience I have ever had. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the construction industry. The instructors know how to break down complex tasks into easily understandable concepts. They take the time you need to grasp the skills you’ll require to properly and safely run your machine. There is enough time per module for you to learn at your own pace too. I never felt rushed.
Safety is the single most important aspect of any project and the training is top notch. It continues past the initial safety program, that opens each module, into weekly toolbox briefings which continue to stress safety with real life examples.
Most importantly, they were able to work around my busy schedule like no other higher learning center ever could. I was able to work my full time job and learn on the weekends of my choosing. Their flexibility is amazing. I will definitely be coming back to The LEARN Center to give some other vehicles a go. I, personally, have my eye on that Payloader.
