Since 1997 N.P. Construction of North Florida, Inc. has been providing its clients with diversified construction services. Founded by Nelson E. Peraza and based in Jacksonville, Florida, N.P. Construction is a State Certified General Contractor and Subcontractor that works to meet client needs on a variety of Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Governmental projects.
Combining experience, knowledge and resources with a variety of methods including Construction Management and the use of a competitive bid basis we are able to provide you with successful, completed projects.
In an effort to reduce your costs N.P. Construction self performs 15 – 30% of all trades work, adding control and flexibility in scheduling and installation of our work.
Our staff is dedicated to meeting our commitments to clients and strives to direct and manage construction activities in the most efficient manner possible. Our success is reflected in our client satisfaction rate, with over 80% of our business derived from existing or referral client relationships.
