Commercial Re-Paint & Tenant Improvement
This project consisted of 6 single story buildings as well as a two-story building requiring painting of all stucco, rails, doors and window frames. Our foreman and his crew worked closely with the GC, Molinar Construction, to deliver the finished work that not only General Coatings was proud of. The GC was very pleased by the work that was performed by our crews as they were able to accomplish the project on schedule and safely.
It was a huge accomplishment working safely around so many people and to have zero injuries or incidents while using scissor lifts, booms and extension ladders. As a result of their great performance we were hired to complete all of the extra work inside of the building as well.
General Coatings is proud of the work our great leaders and crews performed on this project.
