Vincent Boccia is a licensed New York State Professional Engineer with his field of expertise in waterproofing, façade restoration and forensic structural engineering. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree at Hofstra University and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering at NYU Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, New York.
Vincent has acquired extensive building construction experience, particularly in the area of identifying troublesome building details and designing solutions. Vincent specializes in diagnosing water intrusion and drainage problems above and below grade. He has designed waterproofing systems in thousands of residential and commercial buildings.

Vincent provides expert court testimony including forensic engineering evaluation. He has evaluated many building defects caused by adjacent construction activities, various fall accidents caused by poor design and many other construction related conditions. By virtue of his education, training, scientific/technical knowledge and experience, Vincent Boccia is recognized as a court expert and has provided expert testimony in a variety of legal cases.
