Dear Mr. Richardson:
It is with great pleasure that I have this opportunity to send my sincere appreciation for two (2) of your Crew Members. On this date, Quintero and Baltazar removed the old rain gutters, manufactured and installed new rain gutters on my house. “Committed to Excellence”
The Crew Members arrived on time, briefed me on the “Scope of Work” to be completed and answered any questions I had prior to the start of the job. This pre-job briefing was extremely professional with no hard sell or rush to sign the paperwork. “A Great First Impression”
As the Home Owner and Customer, I came out to talk to the Crew Members, numerous times to inquire how the job was going and asked if there were any issues or concerns. Each and every time, I was politely greeted and updated on the status of the job. This was extremely welcoming. “Communication & Customer Satisfaction Driven”
When the job was completed, I was politely notified and asked to walk the job site with the Crew Members, to inspect the work completed. This to insure the work meet my satisfaction. The priority was “not” for me to sign the paperwork and pay for the job, but asking about my satisfaction with the product and the workmanship. “The Customer’s 100% Satisfaction was the Number One Priority”
Prior to leaving the job-site, the Crew Members blew down the entire area, reshaped the bushes & flower beds, and picked-up any trash, even if it wasn’t related to the job. This is “Pride & Ownership” at the very best. “Sometimes It’s The Little Details That Count The Most”
Your Crew Members are extremely “Loyal & Dedicated” to your respective Company and their “work ethic & professionalism” reflects this. I will “highly recommend” your Company to all, in the future. Please pass my sincere appreciation onto Quintero & Baltazar, for a Job Well Done!
Sincerely,
Jerry P. Sack
