I searched and search for a reputable company to replace my front door that was very dated. I interviewed five different companies – all came out and gave me estimates and showed me products that they could get for me. I ended up going with Agoura Sash and Door because of the fair price and the professionalism and extreme helpfulness of Paul, the representative. I must have called Paul a hundred times and he was always very responsive and patient with all my questions. He told me I should actually come out to the showroom to see all their products, which I did and I was so happy that I made the trip because they had so many choices. The place is very professional and I felt I was getting a good quality product.  Paul recommended a gentleman named Mark  who was an outside contractor to come and install the door. Mark was great also – installation was done on time and it looks beautiful.

We had referrals from contractor and developer friends to other window guys. Tim Davis at Agoura Sash and Door was by the far the most beneficent. We owe tons of savings through intelligent advice, wisdom and honesty. He helped us pick out the perfect combination of products so the house looks fantastic and we saved money. Highly recommend. A professional shop that stands behind their work. Very professional. A safe place to spend tens of thousands of dollars.

My experience with Agoura Sash and Door is noteworthy as a superb job. I live in an upscale home and am extremely fussy about my surroundings. I did business with Agoura Sash and Door strictly on their reputation and was completely satisfied.

Tearing out old French doors is an extremely messy, dirty proposition. The mess was expected, but the unbelievable cleanup was not. The work crew laid down paper, covered valuables with plastic sheets and left my home so clean that I barely had any cleanup after they left.The price was extremely fair and the quality of the materials and installation was top notch.

It is really nice doing business with a company that combines the sales and construction companies under one roof. Their foremen, and there were two, anticipated all of the things that can occur and I never had to pick up a phone for any reason. GREAT JOB!

Joe was very knowledgeable professional, patient and thorough. He helped us design each window, and made sure that our designs provided enough egress that the code required. We ended up with windows designs that we are extremely happy with. Joe also spent a great deal of time helping us navigate the options for front doors, handles and locks…. the installer, was amazingly good, thorough and professional. He took all the measurements for ordering the windows, and did the installation himself. He measured everything twice, and consequently all of the windows fit perfectly.

I wanted to reach out and let you know what amazing customer service I received from one of your team associates. I had to replace a broken French Patio Door that I had searched for a replacement for over two weeks on-line, at various retailers and I even went to the original builder to assist me. No one could provide me with the information I needed nor could I find the door anywhere. I went into your showroom several weeks ago and was greeted by Joe Windsor. Joe immediately worked with me to determine the make and model of the door. He almost immediately knew the type of door I needed based off of photos but to be certain he went ahead and ordered samples of the grain. His extra effort allowed us to determine the exact door. Joe ordered the door and it was shipped within a week, and the price was ½ of what others were quoting for a “similar” door.In an age where so many of us (me included) shop using the internet, we forget how important great customer service is. We bought a standard sized vinyl sliding door to replace the one in our bedroom. The original had been installed incorrectly by previous owners. I received estimates from 3 different places and the cost of the door was about the same at all three. Agoura Sash and Door stood out with their customer service. I called and spoke with “Joe” who replied quickly with the cost. I ordered the door/window and it was delivered within ten days to my home.From the time I made the initial phone call through to the installation, AS&D made the whole process easier. I am a stickler for customer service and for that I give them an A+. Joe also had recommended a carpenter to install the door, with who’s work we were also pleased. I definitely would buy at Agoura Sash and Door again and would recommend them

We purchased replacement doors, windows and hardware. Agoura Sash and Door has a wide selection of quality products from all wood to aluminum or fiberglass clad doors. The showroom is also great for selecting hardware. The prices are reasonable. We worked with Virginia Gean who was most helpful in selecting the doors and windows and recommending an installer. She was meticulous so that all of the doors were correct (example: outswing versus inswing; left or right handed doors, etc.) The doors and windows were ready when promised and the company was very accommodating when we asked them to store the doors and windows in the warehouse for an extended period of time. We had to delay installation due to a leak in a 2nd story deck because the leak would have damaged some of the new doors. I would highly recommend this company.

Jeff, the salesperson was courteous, helpful and honest. Keith, the installer was meticulous, polite and clean. This is an important improvement and I would recommend this duo to anyone. In fact, I would not entrust this work to anyone else.
