Testimonials
I want to thank you for sending ARC Construction Services to clean up the Kinship Road location. No other contractor has done such a thorough job. They cleaned the yard, secured a loose board on the front, boarded up the back garage window and secured the entire garage door. The entire crew were both fabulous people and workers. Great job at this site. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Occasionally, while performing the business of code enforcement, an accomplishment stands out above all others. ARC Construction Services, Inc. performed an environmental clean-up with outstanding professionalism and service to our Baltimore County community.
ARC assisted the Baltimore County Code Enforcement and Department of Social Services with an emergency cleanup for a vulnerable adult county citizen, removing 11.8 tons of hazardous debris from the interior of a dwelling, removing overgrown bushes and trees and removing an exterior out-building to remove a rat infestation.
Baltimore County requested the work be performed on short notice and ARC Construction Services and its team were available immediately. The workers had to don hazardous suits and wear protective masks in horrendous heat to complete their egregious task. One worker found and returned $300 in the debris. The integrity of this worker as well as the professionalism of the crew will make Baltimore County Enforcement look forward to working together consistently with ARC Construction Services.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your support given to the Concrete Cutting Training Session held on October 13 and 14. Without your support the training exercise would not have been able to run as smoothly as it did. I look forward to working with you again in future training opportunities.
This letter is to commend you on the great job that ARC Construction Services has done for the Department of General Services over the past year. Not only has your company completed projects well ahead of schedule, but the projects were also completed without major problems. Your workforce and supervisors were very professional toward the facility as well as the building occupants.
Rice Auditorium at Spring Grove Hospital Center was a project that had a very tight schedule of only 48 days for the removal and replacement of an acoustical ceiling that was 40’ in the air. Your crew finished the abatement in 17 days and the replacement in 14 days. Your company did a fantastic job.
The State Office Building #1 was also another project well done by ARC. This was a multi-phase project that was done after normal working hours to accommodate the occupants. Once again, ARC completed the project prior to the completion date.
I just wanted to thank you and your company for a terrific job that you have done for the State of Maryland, Department of General Services.
I would like to take this opportunity to commend your company on a job well done. Your personnel did a great job on the HAZMAT abatement at the Camden Station/Babe Ruth Museum, finishing the abatement without delay. Without the expertise and experience of your team I believe the job would not have been completed on time.
It has been a pleasure and I look forward to working with you again in the future.
ARC Construction Services has performed subcontract work for us on a variety of large and small projects over the past several years. We have always found ARC to be very knowledgeable, responsible and easy to work with. You understand the challenges of fast track projects that we undertake and work in concert with our team, which is an essential element for the successful completion of these difficult projects.
Phillips Way is confident in the abilities of ARC and looks forward to working with you again on future projects.
We would like to express our gratitude for the performance of ARC Construction Services during the renovation of Fourier Hall.
This particular project required your services for budgeting, hazardous material abatement, and general demolition. It also required a significant number of site visits for selective demolition, the majority of which were on short notice. All aspects of the project were handled professionally and completed in a timely manner.
We have utilized your services here at the college for over twenty different projects ranging from minor cosmetics changes to major renovations of entire buildings. Our first step in these projects was completed by ARC and was instrumental to the successful and timely completion of these projects.
Again, we would like to thank you and your staff for your efforts in completeing this and other projects and look forw3ard to working with you again in the future.
I want to thank you for the great job your crew did aboard the USS Constellation. The lead paint stabilization project presented us with a couple of big problems. Being a museum, which relies on admissions for most of our funding, there was no way we could close the ship to visitors. ARC’s innovative construction of an airlock passage in the ship’s forward ladderway made it possible to have visitors on the upper decks while your team worked safely below.
Although the overall complexity of Constellation’s 1854 construction details was a huge challenge for ARC, you were able to remove the lead paint from areas that we thought were inaccessible. We received very high marks from the Navy during their annual inspection as well as positive feedback from other ship museum professionals. It is truly wonderful to have the entire ship open to the public again for the first time in a decade.
