Our Story

Allarea Contractors, Inc. is a General Contractor based out of the Minneapolis St. Paul Metro area.  We are a Woman-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).  We carry several certifications, including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (ED/WOSB), and hold a Targeted Group (TGB) Certification with the State of Minnesota. Our background in both General Construction and Low Voltage Communications allows us to offer a wide array of capabilities and a unique level of service.

Our main focus is on large-scale new construction projects, tenant improvements and renovations, and we typically deliver these projects using Design/Build and Bid/Build methods.  Because we are able to self perform so many aspects/scopes of each project, Allarea Contractors, Inc. is able to deliver a quality product for a fraction of the cost, saving the customer both time and money.

With over 90 years of experience in construction management and a team of fully-trained OSHA certified Power Limited Technicians, we get the job done right the first time.
