Gregg Hall's Bio
Gregg Hall joined Tilton Pacific Construction in 1991 and has since grown to become the President/CEO and a company owner. Gregg has been a core contributor to the company's success and has overall responsibility for all construction operations. He continues to be actively involved in projects and thrives on working in this "extremely complex, always challenging, ever-changing, never boring, yet very rewarding business." He views his biggest career accomplishment as helping grow TPC from inception into a $100M company. Gregg sees an incredible range of talented people who work well together and have fun together building great projects for our clients. He is known for saying and exemplifying to “build relationships with time.”

Fun fact: Once lived in the Australian Outback working as a "Jackaroo" on a 3.5 million-acre cattle station. He also loves to scuba dive at remote tropical locations.
Harvey Hwang's Bio
Harvey Hwang joined Tilton Pacific Construction in 2005 as a Project Manager, bringing experience from major San Francisco and Virginia companies and quickly demonstrated his passion for solving problems and building teams. In his current role as Vice President of Operations/Chief Operating Officer, Harvey is involved in all of TPC's projects. His project management background, attention to detail, and stringent quality standards are the key drivers of project success. Harvey also has been instrumental in building the TPC culture and truly exemplifies the core value of Work/Life Balance.

Fun fact: All six members of the Hwang family have “double H” names.
Jim Tilton's Bio
Jim Tilton left Oregon in 1988 to start the California branch of McCormack Pacific Construction, which was renamed Tilton Pacific Construction in 1995. Over the decades, Jim has overseen a substantial legacy of accomplishments. His leadership has grown TPC from a small local builder to a large multi-state regional contractor. As CEO, Jim continues to oversee the company’s financials and inspires everyone at TPC daily to live up to the Tilton name. His favorite part of construction is problem-solving and the sense of accomplishment, whether it’s delivering a bid, winning a project, or being part of the construction process from start to finish.

Most proud of: Seeing how successful everyone around him has become.
Favorite causes: Jim is very involved with WellSpace Health20, spending years on board and started the fourth term as chair in 2020.

Fun fact: He’s had a ham radio license (K7WXV) for more than 50 years. Jim loves to play the clarinet, bass clarinet, soprano sax, tenor sax in his concert band.

Lisa Reiner's Bio
Lisa Reiner joined Tilton Pacific Construction in 2005, bringing 12 years of operations management experience from the medical device field. As Director of Business Operations, she plays a huge role in keeping TPC functioning smoothly across all locations. Lisa is responsible for all accounting, licensing, compliance, human resources, staff administration, and IT activities. This variety of managing all business functions across all six states is what she loves most about her role at TPC. In addition to her day-to-day operations, Lisa is very involved in strategic planning for the company.

Most proud of: Her children and entire family followed her to Rocklin to live their best life together.
Advice to newbies: “Construction is an exciting industry. Go big or go home!”

She rents out her properties to first-time and credit-challenged tenants.
Guiding words: “Work/Life balance means work hard and play harder.”
Fun fact: Lisa was a two-time contestant on "Family Feud."

Robert Schroeder's Bio
Bob Schroeder joined Tilton Pacific Construction in 2007 to help the company grow in both existing and new regions. His “never give up” attitude combined with his vast experience and contacts in grocery, shopping center, retail, and other commercial construction have fueled a major expansion. This has also resulted in incredible projects and long-term relationships. Bob is responsible for creating new growth opportunities which include spearheading marketing and project development. His biggest accomplishment at TPC has been growing the business in multiple states and expanding TPC's portfolio and client base.

Get to Know Bob:
Loves most about the job: "When we all work together to build something great. It’s poetry in motion!"
Outside TPC: He enjoys big game sport fishing, traveling, 4x4 adventures, and boating. The family’s rescue dog, Koa, goes everywhere with them: theatres, casinos, and “every hardware store we visit.”
Guiding words: “Treat everyone as you would treat yourself and always stay humble.”
Fun fact: Worked eight years in Hawaii and misses smelling the ocean every day.
