Scope Of Work
We have completed 12 new clubs with three currently under construction and scheduled to complete in 2020.
Of 15 projects, seven are new ground up buildings with site work and eight are new tenant improvements.
Each club is either a one- or two-story, 35,000-45,000 square-foot ground up and/or second-generation buildings with extensive tenant improvements.
Typical tenant improvements include a lap pool, basketball and racquetball courts, aerobics and spin classrooms, high-end locker rooms and a children’s center.
