Scope Of Work
One thing we love being for our clients is flexible. For this project the owner wanted to handle the HVAC and roofing aspects of the job and we handled the construction. Throughout the process we worked with the various teams involved to make sure we stayed on schedule: everything from making sure the roof was done on time to having the security guys there when we were working on the interior to make sure all the cameras were installed in the right places. We built the entire brick structure new bathrooms the new drive-thru awning and put in new interior finishes as well. When all was said and done it was a great team effort with the owner and one that we are proud to have been a part of.
