As co-owner and President of Air-Temp Mechanical, Inc. Allen leads the strategic direction of the organization. Allen started the company in 1978 with little more than drive, determination and the mantra that customer satisfaction was king. In the decades that followed, the company has grown into a successful multi-million dollar organization with a strong regional footprint. Allen is an avid fisherman, downhill skier and currently sits on several boards including the Associated Building Contractors, leveraging his 40 years of industry knowledge and expertise.
As Vice-President of Service, John oversees the direction and development of strategic sales and the growth of the Service Division. John has worked in the industry for the past 30 years, and as a part of the Air-Temp Mechanical team for the past 10. Within the first five years of joining the team at Air-Temp Mechanical, Inc., John grew Service Division revenues by 50%. With his hands on approach, John provides tremendous value to the organization and our customers.
As co-owner and Vice-President of Construction of Air-Temp Mechanical, Inc., Tim is responsible for the overall direction and strategic goals of the Construction Division. With over 30 years of experience in Construction & Service, Tim adds a wealth of knowledge and experience that is critically tied to continual education and training. Tim believes building a solid foundation is the key to successfully planning for the future. Tim currently sits on the board of several industry related organizations and is actively involved in industry educational programs as a teacher and proctor.
As the Director of Business Development, Jeff focuses on developing relationships with new Air-Temp Mechanical clients. Jeff has worked in the industry for the past 15 years, most recently in the DC area managing program estimates for the global firm AECOM. In addition to supporting client needs in both construction and service, Jeff ensures the operations of Air-Temp Mechanical are efficient and effective. A Cleveland native, Jeff is thrilled to be back in Northeast Ohio and looks forward to getting more involved with education and training in the industry.
