Scope Of Work
This 30,000 SF three-story music school features 29 specially designed and equipped music studios and classrooms as well as a library with sheet music, scores and listening facilities. A 320-seat performance atrium accommodates alumni, student, faculty and other community concerts and recitals. The school was built adjacent to a SEPTA commuter service line which required a 15-ft. retaining wall to be constructed next to the railroad tracks to support surface parking behind the school building.
