David Panichi joined TN Ward Company in 1979 and today provides executive leadership to maintain the organization's reputation for financial strength and client satisfaction. Under his leadership, TN Ward (TNW) has grown to become a leading constructor within the Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey region from offices in Ardmore, PA and Atlantic City, NJ. David has instilled in TNW personnel a culture of "whatever it takes" commitment to client goals & objectives that has resulted in long-term business relationships. He has ensured that the company maintains the "builder's edge" with capability to self-perform concrete, rough & finished carpentry, drywall, millwork and acoustical ceilings.
Gary Pergolini's Bio
Gary Pergolini joined TN Ward Company in 1990 and is responsible for project site management professionals and construction supervision personnel in Pennsylvania and Delaware. His responsibilities include monitoring safety and quality control throughout his designated region. He ensures that TNW maintains high caliber resources required to build quality projects on time ranging from renovations to new buildings for Owners in the affordable housing, education, corporate, healthcare, entertainment, retail, municipal and other market sectors. Gary offers 30 years of experience including a career of advancement through the positions of superintendent, project engineer, estimator, project manager and general superintendent.
John Marks's Bio
John Marks joined TN Ward Company in 2006 and brings over 35 years of experience in the planning, design, construction and commissioning of industrial, research & development and energy facilities. He has served clients in the pilot / process manufacturing, food & beverage, life science, microelectronics, waste management, power generation and other sectors, including AES Corporation, Air Products & Chemicals, Armstrong Industries, Calpine, General Electric, Hershey Foods, Kraft Foods, Lucent Technologies, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Merck and Watson Pharmaceutical. Under John's leadership at TN Ward Company, successful industrial and energy projects have been completed for clients such as Bloom Energy, Synagro, Rimtec Corp (Mitsubishi), Philadelphia Independence Visitors Center, Vineland Municipal Electric Utility and other owners.
Mark Smith's Bio
Mark Smith joined TN Ward Company in 2005 and is responsible for financial and risk management associated with construction contracts performed by TNW. He brings 15 years of experience as an audit supervisor and corporate controller. Mark supervises the accounts receivable / accounts payable cycles to ensure compliance with contractual terms and reviews all deviations from TNW standard contract forms. Mark is responsible for preparing the company's corporate financial statements and is also responsible for managing all insurance coverage and project performance & payment bonding arrangements. As a member of the company's Information Technology Committee, Mark is responsible for researching, recommending and implementing software & technology upgrades to improve operations efficiency and reporting.
Thomas Falvey's Bio
Tom Falvey joined TN Ward Company in 1998 and today serves as executive in charge of daily operations providing hands-on management of estimating, procurement, accounting, safety and construction services. Prior to joining TNW, Tom held executive positions with two national construction companies. He brings over 35 years of experience delivering projects through a variety of delivery methods including construction management, design/build and general contracting. Tom offers exceptional expertise in value-add preconstruction services including value engineering and constructability analysis for a wide range of building or facility types.
