Scope Of Work
This 55,000 SF two-story building was completed in 15 months and includes classrooms, lecture halls, lounges, auditorium, specialty classrooms and faculty offices. The LEED certifiable building features advanced electrical/electronic systems for lighting control, tele/data communications, audio-visual presentations and building security. BIM technology was utilized for coordination of MEP infrastructure with a focus on clash detection between structural components and MEP systems installations.
