Scope Of Work
This five--story, 80,000 SF building accommodates 148 students within 4-person student suites (each with two bedrooms, bathroom and living room) plus five resident advisor and life professional suites. Each residence floor has a student lounge and study area plus kitchenette and laundry room. The first floor houses a fitness center, game and vending areas and a multi-purpose room. The site also accommodates parking for 128 vehicles.
