Jason has been in construction estimating and project management for the past 18 years, with the past 15 years at Adroit Construction. Jason specializes in construction projects where a ‘project team’ cooperation effort between owner, and design team is the plan for success.
Since joining Adroit Construction 15 years ago, Jason has been the primary manager and estimator on our most technical and detailed projects, including the $45 million Garden Avenue project in Eugene, Oregon, Adroit’s largest project to date.
Jason brings nearly 20 years of experience, acute problem-solving skills and a unique combination of uncompromising management with a down-to-earth style. Jason is a keen problem-solver and successfully manages multiple projects. Working with building committees and architects, Jason assists in constructability considerations, phasing, conceptual estimating, and budgeting. During construction, Jason works closely with project superintendents to optimize the procurement of materials and labor, and he ensures that the projects stay on schedule.
Jason has a Construction Engineering Management degree from Oregon State University. Jason is also a member of The American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE), and has completed the Healthcare Construction Certification Program.
