As General Manager, I am responsible for the operations, finances and day-to-day administrative activities of RHI.

I’m a family man with a beautiful wife, three children, seven grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.

As Vice President, I provide leadership in the areas of operating budgets, staffing, training, work assignments and estimating. I also grow and cultivate our client base.

I started installing flooring in high school for my father, a custom homebuilder. I served in the Army from 1984 through 1987 before returning to the construction industry. When not working, you will most likely find me with my beautiful wife and four daughters on our farm. We are involved in many sports with girls’ lacrosse at the top of the list.

I love NFL and college football. I’m a tumbling coach for my daughter’s National All Star Competitive Cheerleading team. I love cooking and watching my daughter grow up.

About Me:
With a degree in electronic engineering from RETS Technical Institute, I spent over ten years in electronic engineering before transitioning into construction. I now have over 12 years of construction experience and enjoy seeing a project through in a meticulous, expedient manner. I take great pride in the project management side of my work, ensuring that projects run efficiently and within budget, down to the smallest detail. I live with my wife and two sons in Pasadena, MD. I’m an avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys coaching my son’s baseball and basketball teams and traveling around the country for tournaments.
