William Parker's Bio
William Parker began working for L.E.B. Electric, Ltd. in June of 1998. Starting out as an apprentice, he worked his way up through the company until 2007 when he was presented with the opportunity to purchase L.E.B. from founder and former owner, Lou Black, upon his retirement. Since 2007, Bill has been the owner and President of L.E.B.
Under Bill’s management, L.E.B. has grown exponentially, branching out into every phase of commercial electrical construction, encompassing everything from high voltage to Security and Communications and solar energy.
At a relatively young age, Bill has the benefit of almost two decades of experience in the industry along with optimism and the propensity for taking calculated risks.
Bill oversees all of L.E.B’s day to day operations and is the company’s top decision maker.

Patrick Goeren's Bio
Patrick has over 35 years experience in the electrical industry. He is very versed in all phases of electrical work and has worked at every level of the industry over the course of his career. He has experience with design / build and pre-construction estimating services. He has been an integral part of L.E.B. for 25 years and has worked on projects of all types and values during those years. Patrick has his hand in all of the disciplines required to put together a proper estimate / budget and he uses his years of experience to assist the field team as needed during construction. Patrick is licensed in both Nassau & Suffolk counties.
Peter Mikolajuk's Bio
Peter has 19 years of experience in the electrical industry and is a valuable member of the L.E.B. team. Peter estimates all types of electrical work at all levels and values. Peter has the knowledge required to track the proper sub-vendors during the pricing / bidding stage of projects and to get the best qualifications and costs associated with the needs of the project. Peter is also versed in tracking the projects with L.E.B.’s Project Managers and field team – from the estimating / purchasing process to the completion and closeout process. L.E.B. relies on Peter’s talents to assure successful project coordination between the L.E.B. team and the project / client team.

Andrew Balcom's Bio
Andrew comes with 20 years of electrical field experience and started his career with L.E.B. as a foreman, working his way up to project manager. Andy has been with L.E.B. for over 10 years and has worked both in the field and as a P.M. on many difficult and demanding projects. Andy manages a variety of projects in the institutional & commercial fields and maintains daily and general maintenance needs for our clients. Being a hands-on, field trained person, Andrew is able to assess projects and sites and adjusts for the conditions or needs of projects. This talent works out extremely well for the end user. Andy is a team player and follows L.E.B.’s motto of seeing a project through from start to completion.
Anthony Andreano's Bio
Anthony has been with L.E.B. for 4 years and has over 25 years of experience in the voice / data and security industries with additional experience in A.V. and life safety systems. Anthony specializes in all aspects of fiber optics systems and is also well versed in trouble-shooting. L.E.B. prides itself on having Anthony on staff with his ability to assist from the design stage of a project through pricing / bidding and all the way to completion. Anthony is also trained and well versed in programming and setting up low voltage systems including final set-ups and training for the end user / client. L.E.B. takes pride in Anthony’s efforts to maintain ongoing relationships with our clients in the areas of ongoing maintenance and assistance with their systems.
Greg Cedzich's Bio
Greg has over 30 years of experience in the low voltage world of the electrical industry. He is very versed in all areas of low voltage work, i.e. security systems / data & communications and fire alarm systems. Greg specializes in design / build, budgeting-bidding of voice data, security and fire alarm systems. Greg sees projects through from the design / pricing stage through the construction process and ultimately trains and leaves clients comfortable and familiar with the end product. L.E.B. believes that Greg’s particular expertise puts us a step above our competition in the low voltage field as he is also well versed in all other areas of the electrical industry. This is an asset when coordinating low voltage work for a project.
Harry Gavers's Bio
Harry is a recent addition to L.E.B.’s project management team and has been in the electrical industry for over 17 years. Harry started as a field electrician working on industrial & commercial type projects and continues to grow both technically and management-wise. He became a project manager for L.E.B. this year and works with many of our long time clients. His past field experience is invaluable when it comes to scheduling and properly coordinating projects to meet the needs of clients and general contractors. Harry’s diligence results in the saving of time, money and effort for the client and project team. Last and surely not least Harry is a problem solver; when problems arise on a project, he is proactive and creative in resolving issues in a timely manner. Harry is another L.E.B. employee dedicated to the team effort philosophy.
Patricia Norris's Bio
Patty has been in the financial field for over 25 years heading up accounts payable / receivable and payroll, working closely with the owners and top executives at the major corporations she worked for. Patty was a valued team member at these companies, as she is at L.E.B.
Patty joined L.E.B. 7 years ago as the controller and works directly with the owner and Director of Operations on all of the company’s financial interests. She also serves as the Office Manager, heading up the accounts payable and receivable departments and handling payroll for the entire company.
Patty is also an important part of the L.E.B. management team, generating the yearly projections and forecasts for L.E.B. In addition, she manages all certified payrolls and invoicing of all work and manages L.E.B.’s retirement plans. Patty is a dedicated team player at all levels for both L.E.B. and our clients.
Robert Schmitt's Bio
Robert has more than 15 years of experience in the electrical industry. Robert has been a part of the L.E.B. team for over 8 years and is involved with many of our major and challenging projects ranging in all phases & types of electrical work. Robert is a hands-on type of person who sees his projects through from start to finish including punch-lists and closeouts. Robert works well with general contractors, clients and other trades and is a genuine team player. Rob’s past experience working in the field adds to his efficiency as a project manager and allows him to anticipate and stay ahead of a project’s needs. Robert is fully versed on control wiring and B.M.S. systems installation and design.
