Scope Of Work

New Construction- 23,000 Square Feet-Article 28 Medical Facility

The Community Health Center of Niagara (“CHCN”) required new construction of a three-story, 23,000 square foot, Article 28 Medical Facility.  In addition to serving as Construction Manager, Casilio played a fundamental role in the site selection, site acquisition and planning for the project. The Project required active coordination between the Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. and various city, state and federal funding organizations. As Construction Manager, Casilio facilitated communication within that partnership in pursuit of timely project completion, while monitoring and distributing information to all parties regarding budgetary considerations.  Casilio successfully contracted 30% of the project’s workforce through Minority and Women in Business organizations, which exceeded the State’s requirements.
