Founded by Pat Casilio in 1965, P.A.T. Construction Inc. (“P.A.T.”) was the outset of the Casilio’s Commercial and Industrial Construction Company. Casilio’s integrity within the industry and his personal reputation for excellence amongst his clients lead to requests for large scale design-build and lease development projects. These requests served as a catalyst to further Casilio’s real estate ventures of various types.

Now, under separate corporate entities for real estate development, property management and construction- Casilio is composed of professional estimators, project managers, field supervisors, real estate developers, property managers, real estate analysts,financiers and digital marketing professionals.

In the early 1980’s, Casilio established Casilio Real Estate & Development Corp. as a New York State licensed real estate brokerage firm to add value to current construction clients who began to need assistance managing their expanding real estate interests.

Today, Casilio real estate brokers and agents assist new clients in sales, leasing, tenant representation and consulting services. Casilio Real Estate also continues to add value for existing construction clients through facility management, which is integral to the functioning of the built environment.

Supported by a staff of administrative personnel, financiers, attorneys, and real estate agents, Casilio continues to provide excellence and integrity in all aspects of their work, which is why we end up retaining most all of our clients as close friends. In this way, Casilio’s greatest accomplishments is it’s ability to Build Relationships by providing an unrivaled construction or real estate service with loyalty, trust and dignity.
