Dominic is President & CEO of Ozanne Construction Company. He is responsible for providing operational guidance and strategic leadership for the company by working with top management and external partners to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Dominic currently serves on the Board of The Cleveland Museum of Art, Construction Employers Association (CEA), and Case Western Reserve University. Fred Rodgers has been with Ozanne since 1985 and serves as Vice President – Educational and Multifamily Construction. He ensures that required resources are provided for the projects and manages all facets of Ozanne’s educational and multifamily projects. He is currently serving as the Project Director for the Cleveland Metropolitan Schools District Wide Capital Improvement Program. As Director of Preconstruction, Larry has over 35 years of construction related experience. He joined Ozanne in 2009 and manages estimating, constructability reviews, scope reviews, and the procurement process prior to the start of construction. His knowledge of estimating and scheduling provide for accurate quantity surveying and cost estimating. He formerly served as President of American Society of Professional Estimators Local Chapter 28. Larry obtained his Associates degree from University of Toledo in Civil Engineering.

Tony has served as a project superintendent for Ozanne since 2003 and has 20+ years of experience in the industry. Through his experience in the field, he has developed exceptional management skills including supervision and coordination of various aspects of all construction phases from obtaining bids, estimating and purchasing equipment to processing submittals, owner billings, and complete project closeout.
