Scope Of Work
Ozanne is the general contractor for Nordson’s new corporate headquarters facility in Westlake, Ohio. Their 30,000 SF world headquarters will feature the latest in teleconferencing and corporate digital communications systems.
The project is LEED Registered with a goal of achieving a LEED Silver Rating. The plan is to achieve this rating through the redevelopment of the 15 acre brownfield site, energy efficiency, open lighting, and ponds and retention basins in the grassy areas.
