Scope Of Work
This project was a Commercial Site Development completed at 4543 Walden Avenue in Lancaster for Robert-James Sales, Inc. The construction manager was Hybrid Building Solutions with our own Pinto project manager, Greg Maziarz. We contributed as the site work contractor and completed phase 1 of site work along with working to construct a 98,000 SF warehouse. This project was not a DEC Brownfield and was completed on a 45 acre site.
