Mr. Panepinto has had more than 60 years experience as a heavy equipment operator and contractor. He is the President of Pinto Equipment, Inc., the President of Pinto Trucking and a Principal of Pinto Construction Services, Inc. He is a licensed Class IV wrecking contractor, a national wrecking consultant, and a wrecking with explosives consultant. He has served on the City of Buffalo Contractor Licensing and Review Board and has collaborated with various manufacturers on the design, development, and innovated application of hydraulic attachments for hydraulic excavators. Mr. Panepinto served on the City of Buffalo Police Reorganization Commission and is a life member of the Catholic Diocese of Buffalo Advisory Board. IN addition, he is a past chairman of St. Columban Retreat League and has served on the Bishop’s Lay Council Executive Board.

Mr. Panepinto has also been honored as a Papal Knight Commander with Star of the Holy Sepulcher. He has been involved in most major construction projects in the WNY area.

As President of Pinto Construction Services, Inc. Mr. Panepinto has earned over 30 years of heavy construction experience in the industrial, commercial and public sectors, with demolition and complete site infrastructure concentration.

Mr. Panepinto’s duties routinely include all aspects of project management from estimating to coordinating his family’s business. He follows over 95 years of tradition for this company, which started with his grand uncle.

Mr. Lyke has 32 years of construction experience and fills the position of Senior Estimator and Project Engineer for Pinto. He has held various positions throughout his career, including Civil Engineering Technician, Graduate Engineer, Resident Engineer, and Branch Manager. His work experience includes demolition, site work, environmental construction, heavy civil construction and general construction. Daily activities include project management, quality control, scheduling, invoicing, contract negotiation, project coordination, estimating, submittal review, quality records, change orders, payment requests, and recording of drawings, supervising and training staff members.

Mr. Andrew Maziarz is presently serving as a Junior Project Manager for Pinto Construction Services, Inc. Andrew Maziarz was recently hired after spending the summer on an internship program and graduating from college. Andrew Maziarz is continuing his education at Colorado State University - Global Campus, studying Project Management. Mr. Maziarz has spent his time at Pinto Construction estimating, offering assistance to Project Managers, and assisting the Survey Manager on various projects.

Mrs. Grandinetti has been involved in the family business since 1985. In 1990 after earning her degree, she became an Accountant for Pinto Construction Services, Inc. and now holds the positions of Corporate Secretary and Office Manager. Her responsibilities include an overview of all daily office operations and all accounting aspects of the corporation, including quarterly and year-end financial statements.

Major responsibilities for Mr. Weaver have included field managing multiple projects, ranging in size from $1,000 to $5,000,000, including projects in 50 different factories, 21 schools and four major banks. He has been involved in working with the Army Corp of Engineers for both the Ashland I and Ashland II projects, as well as the Chevy Plant I and DTE (Detroit Thomas Edison) projects. Mr. Weaver has also capitalized on other opportunities to provide clients with a solid construction background. Mr. Weaver maintains a “hands-on” attitude and takes total control in setting up and coordinating between jobs and sub-contractors.

Mr. Kosicki joined Pinto Construction Services, Inc. in 2009 and currently serves as an Project Manager for Pinto. His work experience includes general construction and contracting, site work, demolition, and landscaping. Some of his duties include project management, estimating, planning and scheduling, quantity records, updating company submittals, safety, and field operations.

After Mr. Maziarz’s time in the United States Marine Corps, he started his Survey career with Nussbaumer and Clarke as an AutoCAD Tech/GPS Operator performing boundary surveys in the field, layout of construction sites, and mapping of surveys. In 2004, he became the Survey Manager and Estimator for a large Bridge Contractor. Working on several NYS Department of Transportation and NYS Thruway Authority projects throughout his time there. Greg became President of Innovative GPS Solutions in 2012. The company specialized in 3D GPS modeling, and automated machine control. With 20 years of experience in Surveying and Estimating, Greg joined Pinto Construction Services as a Survey Manager and Project Manager, utilizing his skills on a vast variety of projects.

Mr. Broomfield is presently serving as the Environmental Services Manager for Pinto. Mr. Broomfield offers 30 years of experience in the environmental remediation field. Prior to joining Pinto, he spent 9 years as the owner of Ridgeway Environmental Services. Mr. Broomfield has held many key positions in the environmental remediation and construction industry, as owner, operations manager, project manager and superintendent.

Many of these projects included soil remediation, stabilization, and/or excavation of a wide variety of wastes including: regulated chemicals, PCB, dioxin , heavy metals, and petroleum (hazardous and non-hazardous)

As well as design and installation of water treatment systems, removal of UST’s and AST’s, and cleaning of railroad cars and PCB transformers.

Mr. Broomfield has vast experience with EPA Superfund and DEC Brownfield cleanup projects.

Mrs. Laurienzo joined Pinto Construction Services, Inc. in 2011. As the Office Administration Assistant, her responsibilities include working with all divisions of the company, AP, AR Bid prep, submittals, Payroll, training coordinator, estimating, job tracking databases and equipment logs. Prior to her position with Pinto Construction Services, Inc., Mrs. Laurienzo has held positions of inside sales, assistant manager and invoice clerk and has worked at S.Federowicz Concrete, HD Supply and Everett J. Prescott.

Mrs. Robinson joined Pinto Construction Services, Inc. In 1994. As the contract administrator, her responsibilities entail all accounting aspects of the corporation, with a concentration on contractual documents and bidding administration.

Prior to her position with Pinto Construction Services, Inc., Mrs. Robinson worked from 1988-1994 as a controller for Arcon Systems, Inc. Her job responsibilities included all aspects of financial statement preparation with supporting schedules and budgeting, as well as overseeing all accounting departments specializing in construction.

Mrs. Robinson’s work history also includes working for Brown, Schwab, Berquist, and Cook Certified Public Accountants. From 1985 to 1987, she worked as an accountant taking care of general bookkeeping, financial statements, payroll, and income taxes.

Mr. David Fideli started working in the Heavy Highway Construction industry for Ranger Construction, Inc. from 1995-2003. David worked on many projects that included pipeline, roadwork, earthwork, and paving. He finished at Ranger Construction as a Project Superintendent. Mr. Fideli joined L.J. Quigliano, Inc. as a General Superintendent, mostly working on paving and site development projects. In 2006, David Fideli became a member of local 91 as a Laborer Foreman. From there, Yarussi Construction, Inc. hired David as a Laborer Foreman out of the union. He continued to gain extensive knowledge on complex Pipeline, Site Development, Streetscape, and Paving Projects. In 2018, Mr. David Fideli became a member of Pinto Construction Services, Inc. applying his skills on many diverse projects as a Construction Superintendent.

Mr. Fanara has personally supervised a cast array of underground utility projects for Pinto, most notably the installation of thousands of feet of mill water/fire protection and storm sewer for GM’s last major expansion in 1996.

His job duties include troubleshooting, designing, and advising. In addition to working in construction and plumbing, Mr. Fanara also has had experience in the field of teaching.

From 1981 to 1999, he taught adult education for the Buffalo Public School System in the areas of drawing and plumbing.

Mr. Fanara is a licensed master plumber and holds membership in the Local 22 U.A. Plumbers and Pipefitters, as well as in the International Union. Mr. Fanara holds licenses in the City of Buffalo, Village of Kenmore, and the towns of Tonawanda, Amherst, Cheektowaga, Depew, West Seneca, Hamburg, Williamsville, Lackawanna and Grand Island.
