Scope Of Work
Perform land clearing, select demolition, and remediation of an abandoned industrial waterfront property. Installation of electrical, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and water utilities for the recreational facility. Installed asphalt pavement for walking paths, numerous plantings to rehabilitate the habitat, a 4 acre lawn for future public events, and a variety of different mountain bike trails for all skill levels.
