We have provided petroleum service customers with repair and construction services  the state of Texas from offices near Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio and Houston  1997.

MSCS Ltd. has over 30 years’ experience in the general construction industry and currently licensed in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Arkansas & Oklahoma. MSCS, Ltd also has over 35 years in the construction of underground fuel systems and licensed in Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. We have office locations in Fort Worth, San Antonio and Houston with 38 employees all of which have been  trained and certified in first aid to help not only our employees work in a safe manner but also ensure the safety on our customers job sites as well. On our staff of employees we have 8 TCEQ licensed installation and removal superintendents for Texas, Arkansas. Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
