As a project manager, Matt is actively involved in all aspects of a project, including estimating, qualifying sub-contractors, awarding contracts, managing subcontractors, scheduling, and completing job close-out requirements. He works closely with subcontractors to make sure that construction activities are keeping pace with the budget and schedule, in addition to monitoring the sustained priority of quality and safety standards. Matt diligently coordinates the efforts of all parties involved, and conducts regular status meetings with all team members and owners.
