Mike Bogner's Bio
Mike Bogner, the son of Bob Bogner, is a graduate of Ohio Northern University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with High Distinction and Minors in Mathematics and Business. Mike started part time in 1997 and became full time in 2007. He is part of the fourth generation to be involved with the companies and has gained valuable experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, Superintendent Assistant, Laborer, Mason Tender and has also completed numerous Rigging and Crane jobs.

As Director of Procurement, Mike reviews and approves all contracts, purchase orders, invoices, pay applications, change orders, etc. He also manages all possible claims that may arise during a construction project. In additional to this role, he also performs all functions of a Project Manager/Estimator as well as assists in crane and rigging estimating.

In a construction/project management capacity, Mr. Bogner defines project schedules, creates bid documents, writes and determines technical specifications, solicits bids from possible subcontractors, tracks and evaluates project costs, and supervises the project from start to finish. It is his responsibility to bring the project in on time and under budget.

Mike has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Goodwill of Wayne & Holmes Counties and participated in the Leadership Wooster program.

Mr. Bogner, twice, received the Gault-Welty Business and Community Award from the Wayne County Historical Society. The President of the Wayne County Historical Society, Mr. David Broehl, recognized Mr. Bogner’s achievement on behalf of the society for multiple reasons. “He coordinated corrective emergency construction as the society encountered emergency flooding. He supervised the removal of four residences on Spink St., leveled and provided the lawn on the future parking lot, constructed the handicapped tunnel, coordinated the construction of the carriage house, and constructed the handicapped entrance east of the schoolhouse. All of this was completed in the upbeat spirit of cooperation with a large group of volunteers.” [Mr. Broehl’s words]
Tim Bogner's Bio
Tim Bogner, son Ted Bogner, is a graduate Bowling State University with a Bachelor Science degree along with an Associate’s Degree Military Science. While college, he was Army ROTC commissioned to active duty. He as a Sergeant Ohio National Guards three years as an with 101st Airborne prior to beginning as part fourth generation to be involved with companies.

Mr. Bogner is also serves as Field for Bogner . He is personally OSHA 30-Hour 500 trained. He maintains all personnel required training/ along with coordinating Drug Free Workplace requirements.

Mr. Bogner is responsible for scheduling manpower, cranes equipment. His responsibilities also include evaluating, estimating managing most our short-term . He conducts monthly superintendents (field personnel) ( personnel) meetings.

He is currently a Ohio State Carpenter’s JATC [Past & Chaired Statewide Board) Wooster Noon Lions Club (Past ). He is a past Ohio Valley Employers Council Board, Wooster Interfaith Housing, Planned Parenthood, Wooster YMCA.

Brian Bogner's Bio
Brian Bogner, the son of Bob Bogner, is a graduate of The University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering and an Associates of Applied Science in Civil Engineering. He is part of the fourth generation to be involved with the companies.

Active in civic affairs, Brian is currently serving on the Main Street Wooster as the Chair of Economic Development Committee, a Member of the Wilderness Center Organization, participated in the Leadership Wooster program, and Chair of Facilities Committee for the Wayne County Humane Society. He is also a Volunteer for Goodwill Industries of Wayne and Holmes Counties (where he served as a past member of Board of Trustees and Chair for Contracts for three years).

Mr. Bogner is the Director of Costing and Estimating for Bogner Construction Company and has been a Project Manager since 1999. He develops initial preliminary cost and schedule projections, and then monitors the development drawings with the architect/engineer paying close attention to control their effect on feasibility and costs. During the construction phase, he monitors and records field progress and evaluates cost reports to maintain budget guidelines.

The Bogner Group is a licensed Nucor Pre-Engineered Building Distributor and Mr. Bogner assumes all of the estimating and construction of such buildings.
Lacey Widder's Bio
Lacey is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Human & Consumer Sciences, Cum Laude (Major: Interior Architecture) and Purdue University with a Master of Science in Building Construction Management. She maintains the LEED AP O+M credential and has a vast knowledge in AutoCAD drafting, 3-D modeling, Photoshop/Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.

Ms. Widder joined the Bogner Construction Company team in 2016. Prior to joining the Bogner Group, she worked in Project Management for over eight years as a Facilities Project Manager for E&H Family Group, Inc. and a Construction Coordinator at Stark State College.

As a Project Manager/Estimator, Ms. Widder oversees her projects from start to finish. She is also responsible for producing our marketing & sales presentations, advertising, maintaining our website, and managing our IT department.

Lacey was a member of the 2016 Class of Leadership Wooster and served as a member of the Leadership Wooster Steering Committee. She is a board member for Goodwill Industries of Wayne & Holmes Counties, where she chairs the Operations Committee, as well as The Wayne County Humane Society, where she is currently the President of the Board of Trustees as well as co-chair of their annual Christmas in July fundraising event.

Barry Cochran's Bio
Mr. Cochran monitors and records field progress and evaluates cost reports to maintain budget guidelines, coordinates subcontract work, processes change orders, regulates receipt and approval of shop drawings, and assembles guarantees and operating manuals.

To date, Mr. Cochran has been responsible for the successful management of over 80 million dollars in projects. These projects have been in the disciplines of Contract General Construction, Construction Management at Risk and Construction Manager as Owner’s agent.
Randy Robinson's Bio
Randy Robinson is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resource Management. Prior to joining the Bogner Team over 20 years ago, he spent 12 years working in utility construction and relocation. He worked his way up to Area Manager with his firm; responsible for administration and operations in an eight-state region.

As a Project Manager, Mr. Robinson oversees the project from start to finish. He coordinates the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which includes the architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and Bogner personnel. He monitors and records field progress and evaluates cost reports to maintain budget guidelines without sacrificing quality. In addition, Randy processes change orders, regulates receipt and approval of shop drawings, and assembles guarantees and operating manuals.

Randy currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the Wayne County Common Good ASPO (Adaptive Sports Programs of Ohio) and a graduate of the Leadership Wooster program.

Ted Bogner's Bio
Ted Bogner, the son of Dick Bogner, graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Construction Management. Starting as a project superintendent, he then assumed the Presidency of the Bogner Construction Company from 1980 to 2018. Ted still remains active in the company, currently serving as Senior Project Director.

Mr. Bogner has over 50 years of experience developing Construction Management as Owner’s Agent and Construction Management at Risk programs for both the public and private sector.

In his role as a program manager, Mr. Bogner has gained considerable experience in site selection, facility planning, manpower needs assessments, budgeting, scheduling, and construction related activities.

Mr. Bogner has overall responsibility for the successful completion of the firms projects in Design-Build, Construction Management as Owner’s Agent, and Construction Management at Risk.

Adam Bogner, the son Bob Bogner, earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Business from Ohio Northern University. He is currently serving on the Board of Trustees for People to People Ministries and the Wayne County Historical Society, is a member of the Oversight Committee at St. Mary Catholic Church located in Wooster, and participated in the Leadership Wooster program.

Ms. Pennell joined the Bogner Group in 2018 and is responsible for fiscal management, internal controls and financial records to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and the firm’s policies. Gina is a Certified Public Accountant, holding both a Bachelor of Business degree in accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration. Wooster, Ohio is her hometown and, after living away for many years, she returned to Wooster to be closer to her family.
