PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Removed all existing brick veneer; installed all new brick veneer and replaced selective lintels; and installed window protection and framed/enclosed walkways for pedestrian tunnels. Selective demolition, added structural steel components; new birch veneer custom cabinets and plastic laminate counter tops; new walls and finishes, prep existing walls and paint, installed new doors frames and hardware; installed new suspended ceiling system; new flooring; relocate and install new fire sprinkler heads, new fire alarm equipment, remove and install new electrical devices, salvage lighting and reinstall; new data cables, data devices and projectors; installed new plumbing fixtures; and new duct work HVAC, DDC Controls.
