Scope Of Work

Built from the Ground up in the Willow Creek Center in Auburn, CA. This new construction Petsmart is our first outing with this great pet store chain. Retail Construction is a cornerstone of Hilbers Inc.

The Petsmart recently completed by Hilbers Inc. wraps up the projects at the Willow Creek Center in Auburn. This CMU masonry project anchors the last corner of the lot. Four new construction buildings comprise this center. The Smart & Final, Panda Express building being the largest. A Chick-fil-A stands by itself and was a restaurant construction project completed by Hilbers Inc. in 2016. Another ground up building is anchored by Starbucks and Costa Vida. 

Hilbers Inc. did all the shells for this center, worked with other General Contractors on some of the business’.

Hilbers Inc. worked with other GC’s doing TI’s in the various shells built by Hilbers Inc. Easy access from the main highway cutting through Auburn makes the center a desirable location for retail and restaurant facilities.

Not our first Pet Store construction building.

Being a general contractor with over 50 years experience in commercial building, we have extensive experience in all types of construction for all types of business. We’ve worked with Petsmart and Petco and met the needs of this specialty market. 

Site Work

In addition to the individual buildings on the site, we also did all underground and site work for the Willow Creek Center. A firm foundation is of key importance, and we also have the knowledge and experience in this type of construction.
