Yes, Hilbers Inc. does multi-million dollar ground-up projects, yet small retail tenant improvements are just as important to our clients. This Grange Co-op was a Retail Construction project in the same center as our office headquarters. Perhaps just floor coverings, paint and misc. touch-ups are all you need, Hilbers Inc. can handle those tasks also. A previous life as an Orchard Supply Hardware store, this building stood vacant for 2+ years., leaving a hole in a once vibrant space. Grange Co-op was formed in 1934 by ninety-nine farmers.
