Project Information

Project Location:
Palo Alto, CA
Status:
Completed
Structure Type:
Retail Store

Scope Of Work

Mark Heaphy, Jarrett Stutler and their crews wrapped up this  new America’s Tire shop in mid Palo Alto, CA recently. Serving all vehicles from the family sedan to the McLaren’s sold directly across the street, this new sparkling facility is now part of our Retail Construction portfolio. Not the tire shop of your father, it is clean, friendly and centrally . Hilbers Inc. has experience in shop buildings, having a long history with this facet of construction. Things we have successfully managed are strict city building codes, limited access to site, congested sites, weather delays and tough deadlines. Always a good sign to be asked back as a contractor, this being our second America’s Tire facility.

America’s Tire was founded in 1960 by Bruce T. Halle in Ann Arbor, MI. Growing into one of America’s largest independent tire and wheel retailer, it is continually striving to be customer focused. Now in 29 states with over 900 stores. Hilbers Inc. has worked with America’s Tire before and will continue to do so.

Hilbers Inc. has an extensive retail construction portfolio, which may be viewed here. As a national retail general contractor we understand that completing each project on time and on budget is of upmost importance. Hilbers has stood the test of time and endured numerous economic cycles while maintain an excitement for building. As a national general contractor Hilbers will continue to support and bring value to family owned retail businesses and national retail tenants.
