Scope Of Work
This new Talbots space is located in the sought after Linden Square lifestyle center in Wellesley MA. The upscale shopping, dining, and lifestyle destination is in the heart of Wellesley and serves the nearby communities of Natick, Dover, Weston, and Needham. With a traditional residential vibe and their signature red entry doors this Talbot’s store has great curb appeal and provides an upscale shopping experience on the interior.
Scope of work:
The exterior renovations featured modifying and building up the facades, clapboard siding, windows with awnings, extensive wood trim and paneling, EIFS and brick accents, and granite base. Then interior features luxurious fitting rooms, wide plank wood flooring, high end casework, running trim, hard ceilings with recessed and semi recessed LED lighting.
