Craig Miller's Bio
Craig Miller is the Chief Financial Officer of RM Dudley Construction and is responsible for the financial management and acquisition growth strategy for the company.
He is a financial executive with both financial and strategic management experience with leading institutions and private companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting & Finance from Texas A&M University. He has also been an Adjunct Professor for the University of Houston teaching Corporate Finance to corporate managers.
Craig most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for an international HVAC company. While there he helped expand international operation by establishing an office in the United Kingdom and making acquisitions. Craig has held several Chief Financial Officers positions with private companies and has been in management for Grant Thornton’s Transaction Advisory Services practices. In addition, he was a Senior Vice President for a Middle Market Investment Banking firm. As an investment banker Craig managed both buy side and sell side transactions as well help companies raise capital. Craig was also a Regional Vice President for a subsidiary of Citigroup. While at the company he quickly moved up the ranks to become a valuable leader on the business development and financial advising team.
Craig started his career as a controller for a marine services company where he eventually became the President. Craig successfully turned the company around and then helped negotiate and execute a successful exit strategy for the company’s ownership.
Mark Dudley's Bio
A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Building Construction in 1983, Mark began his career working as a Project Manager/Superintendent for David F. Gray Construction Company, Inc. in Houston, Texas. During this time, several notable projects were completed under Mark’s supervision such as the Bridgepark Office Park, Sheppard Mountain Plaza and the Herman Zoo Animal Hospital. From 1986-1988, he managed the Central Texas branch office located in College Station, Texas for Houston-based Lebco Constructors, Inc. The City of Bryan Municipal Building, Texas A&M Physical Building and the Texas A&M Chemistry Building are all projects completed by Mark during his time with Lebco Constructors. In 1988 Mark joined Pepper-Lawson Construction and was responsible for the on-site project management of the Blinn College Student Center in Brenham, Texas and the Neiman Marcus store in the Galleria in Houston, Texas.
In 1992 Mark formed Dudley Construction. Throughout the years, Dudley Construction has grown to one of the larger General Contracting firms located in the central Texas region, performing an average annual volume of over $40 million per year.
Dudley Construction is a four-time recipient of the Newman 10 Award for the top 10 fastest growing companies in the Brazos Valley and a two-time recipient of the Aggie 100 Award, given to the fastest growing Aggie-owned businesses in the world.

Ben Sasse's Bio
Ben Sasse is a Project Manager/ Estimator for Dudley Construction. A proud native of Bryan, Texas, Ben graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Environmental Design in 1998 and a Master of Science in Construction Management in 1999. During his 15-year stint working for General Contractors in Florida, Ben specialized in educational facilities, both new construction and renovation. He has managed over $100 million in educational facilities construction projects over the course of his career.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys running, snow skiing, traveling and spending time with his wife, Angie and their two sons, Noah and Brady.
Bret Redfearn's Bio
Bret Redfearn is a Project Manager/ Estimator for Dudley Construction. He is a transplant from Garland, TX and served 5 years in the United States Navy Seabees as a Builder 2nd Class Petty Officer. During his enlistment he deployed to Afghanistan, Cambodia, Macedonia and Spain, performing humanitarian/contingency construction. After his service he completed his Bachelor’s in Business with minors in Facility Management and Sustainable Architecture at Texas A&M University. Projects that he has been a part of are: Greenvile, TX – L3 Air Traffic Control Tower, Texas A&M University Scoates Hall Renovation, Texas A&M University Jack K Williams Renovation, Texas A&M University Park West Student Living Facility, Texas A&M University Leggett Hall Renovations, City of College Station Northgate Bollard Replacement and the Texas A&M University Lynntech Building Renovation. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, woodworking, and playing guitar.
Earl Havel's Bio
Earl Havel is a Project Manager/ Project Estimator for Dudley Construction. He has over 41 years of experience working under Project Engineers. Prior to his coming to Dudley Construction, Earl was responsible for the development of conceptual plans, preliminary and final plats, engineering construction plans for street, drainage, water and sanitary sewer improvements. He has completed plans for several notable projects in the Brazos Valley included the developments of several subdivisions.
In his spare time, Earl enjoys old airplanes and hunting American Indian and older artifacts. He and his wife have two children and one granddaughter, Corrine.

Bobby Griffin's Bio
Bobby Griffin is a Project Manager/ Estimator for Dudley Construction. He has 39 years of experience in the Commercial Construction Industry, specializing in the design and construction of educational facilities across Texas.
Bobby has served in the Volunteer Fire Service for 30 years. In his spare time, Bobby enjoys hunting, being in the outdoors and spending time with this family.
Bobby and his wife, Kelli, have two sons (Rob and Ryan). Bobby has one daughter (Jenna) and two granddaughters (Kayleigh and Millie).
Gary Zdunkewicz's Bio
Gary is a Project Manager/ Project Estimator with Dudley Construction. The construction of the Twin City Mission Facility, Rehab of Tauber and Stasney Streets in College Station and the construction of the Texas A&M University Indoor Batting Facility are all notable projects completed under Gary’s management.
Gary graduated from Texas A&M University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management. Gary and his wife, Cindy, have two sons (Kyle and Jeremy). In his spare time, Gary enjoys attending Aggie football and baseball games.
Leland Gibson's Bio
Leland Gibson is a Senior Project Manager/ Estimator for Dudley Construction. He is a proud member of the Texas A&M University Class of 1997 where he received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science. Leland has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry in both operations and preconstruction services. During his time in operations, he has built in excess of $350 million worth of projects in multiple product types: High Rise Office, Professional and Collegiate Sports Facilities, Religious, Industrial Warehouse, Laboratory/Research, K-12 and Higher Education projects across the state. Leland has provided preconstruction services for more than $225 million in K-12 projects. He is also a leading authority on K-12 LEED and Netzero projects with extensive experience in solar panels, geothermal HVAC systems, grey water recycling, rainwater harvesting and energy management. In his spare time, Leland enjoys hunting, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Jacqueline and their daughter Madeline.
Michael Ham's Bio
Michael Ham is a Project Manager/ Project Estimator for Dudley Construction. In his years with Dudley Construction, Michael has worked on many notable projects such as the Central Baptist Church Children’s Building, Bethel Lutheran Church, Bryan ISD Merrill Green Stadium Renovations, City of College Station Veteran’s Park Synthetic Fields and Sandy Point Pump Station Improvements, Texas A&M University Brayton Fireman Training Field Classroom Building and Structural Burn Training Complex and the Trinity Rural Water Supply Corporation Water Treatment Plant. He heads the Construction Staking and Layout Division at Dudley Construction. Michael has extensive experience and knowledge with the Leica and Icon surveying equipment and software.
A 1997 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science, in his spare time Michael enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time at the lake, boating, jet skiing and camping. He and his wife, Mica, have one son (Austin) and one daughter (Ella).
Weldon Jordan's Bio
Weldon Jordan is a Project Manager/ Estimator for Dudley Construction. The construction of the Hiller Funeral Home in College Station, Texas, the Texas A&M AgriLife Greenhouse/Headhouse Facility and the Blinn College Central Administration Offices Relocation were all projects completed under Weldon’s project management. For 14 years, Weldon owned and operated his own General Construction Company, Construction Resource Group in College Station. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Construction, Weldon was Honorably Discharged from the U.S. Army in 1973.
In his spare time, Weldon enjoys home improvement projects, hunting, board games, playing 42, good movies, good books and Aggie sports.

Brenda began working at Dudley Construction in 2005. She assists others, in the field and in the office, with special projects that arise.
Brenda has one son, one daughter and four grandchildren. In her spare time, Brenda enjoys watching movies, playing 42 and spending time with her family.

Alisyn Hargett's Bio
Alisyn Hargett is the Project Administrator for Dudley Construction. A proud native of Bryan, Texas, Alisyn graduated from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing 2000.
In her spare time, Alisyn enjoys watching Aggie sports and any sport her sons are playing. She and her husband, Thadd have two sons, Will and Luke.
