Jarrett Rosenau fosters strong construction teams and emphasizes premium practices and technology. He supports his teams to create ways to reduce risk and increase value for owners.

Chief Estimator Jerry Hogan is the most competitive guy on our team, always shooting for the best deal for an owner. It comes from being among the top 10 best shooters ever at UNR when he played basketball.

Kevin Stroupe leads the accounting team at C/S.  He ensures all project teams have accurate and timely financial information in order to make the best decisions for our clients.

Dan Seiler is our lead estimator. He helps acquire new work and establishes accurate estimates for projects to be delivered on time and on budget.

Howard Hadlock is our pre-construction manager/estimator. He leads design-build and CMAR projects from conceptual to final design by providing accurate estimates, value engineering, and constructibility review throughout the the process.

Jon Wright has spent his career working through intricate details. Having spent the last few decades working for local C/S trade partners and regional general contractors, Jon’s strength lies in his ability to dive into the intricacies of every project and creating thorough scopes of work and all-encompassing GMPs.

Alicia Lyttle brings both design and project management skills to the table. With a degree in structural engineering, Alicia has honed-in her skills and attention to detail both on and off the job site.

Alicia Ryan has spent her construction career assisting estimators and project managers. As Project Coordinator, Alicia is an asset to our Project Management department as she helps ensure a successful workflow and communication.

Amanda Frantz enjoys seeing a project develop from paper to completion. Delivering projects on time, within budget and exceeding quality standards is her goal, while also implementing fairness in negotiations.

Chelsea Maynard brings extensive industry experience and passion to every team she joins. She has spent the better part of the last decade assisting project managers on large scale projects in the Pacific Northwest and is excited to bring her experience to northern Nevada.

Jennifer Patyi loves to hit the ground running on projects she works on. As a Project Coordinator, Jennifer is responsible for assisting the Project Management team with data entry and coordination of projects.

Jeromy Cabodi was born and raised in the construction industry. As a Project Engineer based in our Roseville office, Jeromy assists our Project Management and Field Teams to keep our projects moving forward.

Kate Baker loves all things construction! Having joined C/S after spending time in the military, Kate worked her way up the ranks from C/S front desk Receptionist to right in the action in the field as a C/S Project Engineer.

Clare Christensen is our Director of Marketing & Communications and serves both our California and Nevada divisions. As a Certified Construction Marketing Professional (CCMP), Clare is responsible for spearheading our outreach efforts and assisting in new business development.

Lisa Jorgensen is all about the details when it comes to payment and billing. As a vital member of our accounting department, Lisa is diligent in making sure that our owners and Trade Partners get the best value for the work that’s produced.

Delvin Fredrickson brings his passion for quality construction to Clark & Sullivan. With 25 years’ experience as a carpenter, his priorities are teamwork, safety and customer satisfaction.

Devon Chamberlain is a true born builder. Having been raised by a former C/S Superintendent, Devon began his carpentry career with C/S as an Apprentice Carpenter and has worked his way up the ranks to Superintendent. He now leads crews on multi-million dollar projects in northern and central California.

Jay Lynch is a veteran builder whose spent the last two decades helping C/S projects succeed. Jay’s attention to detail ensures that job site quality control, schedule, safety, logistics and communication are at the highest standard possible at all times.
