Scope Of Work
Clark/Sullivan was the low bidder on Washoe County School District’s additions project at Damonte Ranch High School. The project included 35,681 square-feet of classroom and laboratory additions to the campus at both the East and West sides of the existing campus.
This project was the first construction project following the passage of WC-1 in Washoe County, which allocated funds for school improvements throughout the county.
It was important to WCSD to use local trade partners, so C/S worked diligently to ensure their goals were met. As a result, 90% of the trade partners on this project were northern Nevada companies / workers.
