Scope Of Work
The landscape architect firm of Rettler Corporation and Ellis expanded and transformed the farmer’s market area into a community park that could also accommodate festivals. The redevelopment involved demolishing existing structure and street. A ground-level fountain was installed surrounded by decorative brickwork; the street was rebuilt with brick crosswalks and space was added for parking.
The project doubled the size of the farmer’s market area, businesses around the square gained visibility, and the community has a new place to shop, stroll, play and come together to celebrate.
